Hello everyone, i'm seeking some guidance on overclocking my i5 4690k. I've had experience with overclocking before, and now I'm looking for general advice on what results i could anticipate.

I would change the multiplier to 45 and set the voltage to 1.22 and work from their.
I have my 4790K at 4.6 on 1.22 volts.
All chips are different so nobody can give you a exact number.
Test your overclock with OCCT not what your using.

Thank you for your assistance. I've successfully achieved 4.6 MHz x46 with the multiplier at 1.38v temps, and everything performed well under stress. The CPU never exceeded 65°C.
