From the screenshot (http://prntscr.com/jbkgo3), it’s clear that increasing FPS brings a significant boost, but it also causes crashes. I think raising the GPU voltage slightly might help, though I’m worried about damaging it. I have a custom BIOS and the Maxwell BIOS Tweaker, so adjusting the voltage there could work—but I’m really unsure if it will be safe.

Raising the voltage isn't recommended. It's better to maintain a consistent overclock using a steady current voltage, aiming to safeguard your GPU.

When using MSI Afterburner with a standard BIOS, setting the voltage to its maximum is considered safe. But doing so can raise temperatures and increase noise levels. If you can't boost the voltage and still want stability, you're in a tough spot.
