I've looked into every guide available to boost my Intel i7-5820K CPU overclocking. After using Geekbench, I'm still confused about the next steps. Any advice would be really useful. Thanks!

I read the whole thing but still struggle to grasp some parts. I installed Intel's Extreme Tuning and looked at Basic Tuning, which has multipliers for "Processor Core Ratio" and Processor Cache Ratio. Should I gradually increase these multipliers and test benchmarks after each change? Or should I perform stress tests after each adjustment? Thanks for your help to someone new to overclocking!

Perform initial stress tests and keep benchmarks for later since early results will show gains, but eventually you'll hit diminishing returns for your OC.
