I increased my GPU's overclock settings to +120 core clock and +250 memory clock using MSI KOMBUSTOR. The temperature stayed below 78 degrees, which seems ideal for overclocking. My card is an EVGA 2070 Super FTW3 Ultra.

Below 80C is completely acceptable. Don't worry until you reach around 85C or higher. Even then, the main risk is causing the GPU to throttle slightly. No harm will occur, but performance may drop noticeably.
