I'm preparing to build a computer next year with some minor upgrades. Can you determine if overclocking just one component or the whole system? Also, I understand you require a Z170 MOBO. Regarding the power consumption, what would the wattage rise be if you overclock a GTX 980 TI and a GTX 1070?
