I was feeling unmotivated and chose to learn [language], so I boosted my CPU from 3.9ghz to 4.7ghz at 1.475voltage. Now Windows won’t start, and both keyboard and mouse aren’t responding in BIOS, though they function in Advanced Boot Options. The lights on the keyboard and mouse are still working. How can I get everything back to normal in BIOS so Windows boots again?

How is this? It was a computer my cousin gave me. It's only been about a month since I got mine 🤕
