I constructed my own tower and found oc genie on my motherboard MSI gaming 990 (probably). I wasn’t sure what I was doing, so I boosted the CPU and RAM to around 20% and now loading causes black screens. The lights, fans, and liquid cooling start up normally, but the BIOS screen won’t load. Here are my specs: AMD case, MSI gaming motherboard 970, quad-core CPU, HyperX RAM 1866MHz, EVGA Nvidia 750ti, 1TB hard drive, liquid cooling for CPU, and 7 fans. My CPU stays at 3°C while the temperature is around 9°C. Any advice on unclocking?
