Because it's an HQ CPU you can't boost its speed, but during a stress test I found it hitting a maximum of 3.68GHz. It’s possible the graphics amplifier you have is affecting performance. Could be worth checking that. Thanks!

Max turbo on this chip is 3.5 GHz. Base of 2.5 GHz. @linusfanboi_skrub1 Can you provide screenshots of this behaviour?

Open HWiNFO and look at the BCLK and multiplier readings. This seems unusual to me. A small BCLK adjustment could bring it close, and I wouldn't rule out alienware doing something similar. The key sign would be a 105 MHz BCLK output.
