I tried overclocking my EVGA GTX 1070 SC once. The temperatures during Far Cry 5 were about 80°C to 83°C. Is that acceptable?
EDIT: The fan curve is at 100% around 78°C.

The temperatures are acceptable given your overclock settings. I have a minor suggestion from my end—raising the "Power Limit" slider to 115-120% could further assist in achieving stable overclocking. If the overclock remains stable, there should be no issues.

The temperatures are acceptable given your overclock settings. A slight adjustment to the "Power Limit" slider to 115-120% could further improve stability. If the overclock remains steady, it should be fine. I set a power limit of 110% (90C) and observed temps between 82-85C, with a possible peak of 86C—still within safe range.
