Hello, the issue here is that my CPU has been overclocked to between 4.4 and 4.8 GHz for three years now, with good cooling and stable voltages. Recently, I’ve noticed occasional random PC freezes without BSOD or any errors. I increased the Vcore slightly, but the problem persists, occurring roughly every two days, especially when opening browser tabs or doing light tasks. Stress tests show no issues, and my IBT AVX runs through 30 high-load tests smoothly. There was also a time when my motherboard became stuck at power and booted very slowly, requiring multiple resets to normalize. Could this indicate a CPU or motherboard wear?

Current configuration: FX-6300 at 4.6 GHz, 1.45V (~0.1V LLC changes), static overclock enabled, all power-saving modes turned off in BIOS. Power management set to high performance on Windows 10.

MSI-990fxa-GD-65 motherboard,
NB and ht link frequencies are stock,
RAM at 1600 MHz with XMP profile at 1.5V.

I received a Samsung 850 EVO 250 GB SSD, and Samsung Magician confirms it's in good shape.

Have you attempted adjusting the clock or using standard frequencies—have any freezes occurred? Also, examine your memory for issues and test each memory card individually to determine if the problem persists.

I've tried everything yet it still freezes occasionally... I've swapped RAM sticks but nothing changes. Might the power supply be the issue?
