Focus on CPU tuning for the 5700G. Ignore GPU adjustments since you don’t want to boost its performance. Use a B550M MORTAR motherboard.

Are you focusing on boosting CPU speed or conserving energy? Overclocking at 1.35-1.4v (with performance varying from 4.5 to 4.7g based on the chip and voltage) If maintaining a static frequency of 1.1-1.2v, try testing 1.1, 1.2, 1.3v settings to find your CPU's optimal clock speed (voltage vs frequency), for example, 4.3g at 1.34v versus 3g at 1.2v, showing better efficiency with higher voltage relative to frequency.

The second option also boosts performance, especially for CPU and GPU, but it’s only beneficial with a good motherboard or adjustable settings.
