Yeah, just like back then, right? I came across a link with downloads for BIOS to boost non-K series boards. I was thinking about getting a Z170 motherboard, installing an older BIOS, and then trying to overclock the i3 6100.

I’m not sure what the outcome will be. I’ve heard that going back to an older BIOS that supports overclocking isn’t possible, but others say it might still work.
