My overclock isn't appearing in CPU Z, and I have non-turbo at 4.2 ghz with turbo enabled, while eist is at 4.7 ghz on my 2500k on Sapphire P67. On the multiplier for CPU Z it reaches 47, but my clock speed maxes out at 3700 mhz.

I've turned on EIST and turbo settings. Adjusted non-turbo clock to 42. Turbo clock remains at 47 across all cores. Vcore is set to 1.350. All adjustments made so far, but visualization isn't working. On 3dmark my OC isn't detected and it lists stock speeds from 3.3 to 3.7 ghz. CPU recognizes the multiplier, but not the clock speed since it stays below 3700. I'm using a Sapphire P67 pure black, i5 2500k, and 8GB Hyper X Beast 1600.

I'm working with a noctua NH d14 and maintaining idle temperatures around 37 degrees.

Llc is active, c6 is working, but the IPPL over voltage setting isn't enabled. I don't see the c1e option, and my PC is running in high performance mode.
