Hello, with an MSI Z270 PC and an i7 7700K processor you can definitely overclock. Pairing it with a GTX 1070 could boost your performance significantly.

Average around 1-3 fps, reaching up to about 7 fps in 0.1% lows with a GTX 1080 in 1080p. Using the 1070 would keep it stock unless you like the overclocking. The 7700k already hits 4.4ghz on all cores when under load and handles games well at its stock speed.

OC for a CPU relies on the specific game, but you can anticipate a boost of roughly 3% to 7% in FPS at most. GPU OC usually offers greater improvements, though not often exceeding 10%.
