I own a Dell Inspiron 15r Turbo 7520.
After installing MSI Afterburner for overclocking the HD 7730M, the clock speed slider displays full at 575 MHz, which matches its standard speed. I found it mentioned that it could be raised to 675 MHz but isn't allowing it. I shared a screenshot of MSI Afterburner here: http://imgur.com/a/nMpDw

I wouldn't. Boosting the laptop's GPU performance is usually not a good choice since it quickly reaches its thermal capacity.

User has Dell Inspiron 15R turbo 7520 with HD 7730m, installed Msi Afterburner for overclocking but only sees stock speed of 575 HZ and cannot increase it. Runs Windows 10 64 bit with Amd crimson 16.11.5 drivers.
