Hi, I purchased a 4x2gb Corsair Vengeance Pro Series DDR3L 1600mhz RAM for my setup. I want to find out if this memory can be overclocked beyond 1600mhz. Here are the details: I7 3770 @3.5ghz, MSI H61m P31/W8, GTX 1070, 1tb HDD, DeepCool IceBlade 200m CPU cooler, Windows 10 64 bit Professional. This will be used for gaming, especially on maximum settings in AAA titles.

You can boost the base clock, though it will also affect the PCIe slot(s) and CPU. Since your motherboard isn't very advanced, I wouldn't bother with the base clock at all. The benefits won't justify the hassle.

If your motherboard supports an XMP profile, then the RAM can still be overclocked. However, you shouldn't anticipate a significant improvement in performance. The i7-3770 model is limited to a maximum of 1600Mhz RAM regardless.

If the current RAM speed stays below 1600MHz, can you adjust the BCLK settings to enable overclocking of the RAM?

RAM speed has minimal impact on PC performance, especially in gaming. It's not worth the effort.

It seems the benefits come mainly from the CPU and GPU.
