When I increased the overclock to maintain a steady 4.97 ghz, I wanted to understand if this would affect the longevity of my CPU. Given that I have a water cooler keeping the temperature at 65°C maximum during full load, I wondered whether constantly running at maximum speed would shorten its lifespan or if it would be safe with the cooling setup in place.

What you do with it shortens its life. You're not concerned about anything. A decade of stock work turns into eight to nine years with a minor overclock.
