I need to boost my FX 6300 CPU performance. I've watched several tutorials suggesting they can reach +4.0Ghz with the Hyper 212 Evo, but each video claims it works at 3.8Ghz and 4.0Ghz. However, my CPU temperatures keep going over 65°C. I'm looking for a step-by-step guide to help me with this process since I'm unsure which method to try.

What voltage are you using?
Disable Turbo, AMP, SVM, C1E, C6 State, and Cool n'Quiet. Set LLC to high or ultra.
