Are these my CPU specifications? Would you know if it’s good for overclocking? After doing so, will the temperature remain stable and not get too high until it damages the unit?

The CPU and motherboard aren't compatible with overclocking. It seems the BIOS doesn't support this feature. Which graphics card are you playing with? Are you using the built-in iGPU, or would a separate discrete card improve performance based on your power supply?
