If it isn’t visible in the control panel, look under the Settings app, in the "apps" section. Yes, I also dislike having two different programs for the same feature.

It's time to perform a thorough review and remove the app. The Bulk Crap Uninstaller is a powerful tool for deleting software, allowing sorting by publisher and uninstalling all items from Norton and Symantec.
