You can view live CPU vCore data in HWiNFO. Achieving a steady 4.5-4.7 GHz across all cores with around 1.2V vCore is possible, which is quite smooth. Alternatively, set the CPU multiple to auto and simply reduce vCore to its lowest stable setting.

That matches what I expect. I generally experience similar results with an auto clock speed of 4.6ghz.

I've completed the test (CpuZ stress test) and recorded 1.269V. During Cinebench R20, after a few minutes it reported a BSD with temperatures around 110–115°C for some cores. I looked in the BIOS settings for Vcore values but couldn't find a reliable setting to adjust. Even when I changed it, it would update automatically. Is there a specific BIOS option I should disable to fix this? Thanks.

You should reposition the cooler again. Even with that voltage, those temperatures aren't safe. Consider pressing F6, switching to Easy Mode, and adjusting performance to normal. (I'd still recommend doing it manually.)

Uncertain about what to mention, but it seems the Scythe NINJA 4 might not fit my current socket. After installing the cooler, I tightened the bolts so hard they nearly cracked the mainboard—so there’s probably nothing more to worry about there. Should I consider purchasing a different cooler?

It was tricky working with a Scythe cooler on a Z97 board when temperatures spiked. Changing to another cooler I owned on an AMD setup kept the components stable. After trying everything else, consider switching to a different cooler.
