Hello everyone! I'm facing an issue with my newly rebuilt PC. The components are identical except for the case, which includes different fans. I transferred the mainboard—still with the CPU and fan installed—to the new case and added all other parts. The system boots normally but doesn't display any output to my screens. It's not via DP or HDMI. I've tried booting without the GPU using integrated graphics, used only one RAM stick (even in another slot) and placed the GPU in a different PCI-E lane. All combinations so far failed.

I also noticed the CPU debug LED lights up when the PC starts. I'm unsure if this was present before the rebuild, since everything worked fine then. To troubleshoot, I removed the CPU and fan, cleaned them thoroughly, and reinstalled everything. Still, no image appears and the LED remains active.

Could anyone suggest possible fixes or ways to isolate the problem? My hardware setup is: mainboard MSI Z270 Gaming Plus, CPU Intel i7 7700k (not overclocked), GPU ZOTAC 1080, 2x 8GB Ballistix Power, be quiet Pure Power 10 500W case, Fractal Design case, and Arctic MX-4 thermal paste. Thanks in advance!

I solved it. After spending two hours trying, it turned out to be a known ID-10T issue. A power cord was partially connected. I’m a bit frustrated with myself. Wishing a happy new year to anyone who still checks this!
