I have a client using Outlook Pro 2010 where the "send" button is no longer prominent. When attempting to send or receive via the smaller icon, I encounter this issue: THIS WINDOW POPUP. When trying to create a new account, it doesn't automatically connect to their Gmail server or requires manual setup. Thanks for any suggestions!

Outlook 2010 no longer supports Gmail by default. It's recommended to upgrade to a compatible client. eM Client is suitable and allows users with a free license to manage up to two email accounts. If you still wish to use Outlook 2010 with Gmail, try this workaround: ensure IMAP or POP is activated in Gmail settings, navigate to Google security settings, enable "2-Step Verification," and create an app password. This will replace your usual client Google password in Outlook. Note that the error screenshot relates to Outlook attempting to sync with a server at deputy.com, indicating it's not a Google problem. You might want to remove that calendar subscription from Outlook instead.
