Hello,

I apologize for my poor English. Four days ago, I downloaded “The Outer Worlds” from Game Pass to my PC, and everything was fine with approximately 20 hours of gameplay. Yesterday, the game suddenly closed without any error messages or notifications, returning me to my desktop. I attempted to start the game using manual or auto-save loading, but the same issue occurs each time – it begins loading for a few seconds before closing and returning me to my desktop. I started a new game and played for one hour with no issues, and I can load the new game without problems; however, the 20-hour save still closes the game. It may be related to my location or “slaughterhouse Clive.” I have attempted to reinstall the Game Pass app and the game itself, update my GPU and Windows, but I am unsure what to do.

Confirm whether your gameplay offers an open-ended experience compared to a trial or time-limited format. I anticipate you're transitioning towards discontinuing play or requiring payment to continue.

The game is available on PC Game Pass, and starting a new game functions correctly. I suspect it may be related to my location, so I contacted Obsidian's support team and am awaiting a response.
