I'm having trouble clicking "Fix Me." The issue appears in the updates section. I reached out to the Microsoft community, but they suggested another thread that didn't resolve the problem. Appreciate any assistance you can provide!

I've attempted to restore my Group Policy settings to their original state and am checking if that resolves the issue.
