Hi,
I currently use Mail Store Home for archiving emails, but I've encountered some problems. Would you be able to recommend some other software options for email archiving?

"Email archiving" covers a wide range... Depending on the protocol you use, such as POP3 or IMAP, you may already possess a local copy of your emails, stored in various locations based on your email client. With IMAP, a temporary copy exists, but some clients allow creating a local backup. For example, Mozilla's Thunderbird lets you organize your emails into folders for simple backup.
