I'm looking at my son's birthday gear and found a deal on the 3300 model for £119. Now it's cheaper elsewhere at £140. Should I upgrade to a better chip or find something more affordable with similar performance? Let me know your thoughts, Jim.

The price of 1600 AF (12mm) should be lower.

3100 remains accessible for around £100. 3600 units are available on Amazon as of now, priced at £157. How generous or generous do you think this is?

The price of the 3600 is unclear, as is the 3100 and 1600af. More details needed.

3600 costs around £155, 1600 about £160, and 12nm roughly £113. The price for 100 is near £100. It will be matched with a 1660 model soon, then a 2080 model early next year, intended mainly for gaming. Is the 3600 priced at £45 better if the 3300x was available for £120? Your birthday is July 6th, so give yourself a couple of weeks. The buyer mentioned it should have been in stock today, and Amazon says delivery in 1-2 months. — Jim

In games the distinction is minimal. If you have the funds, opt for the 3600; if you prefer a lower cost, choose the 3100.

For gaming purposes, no. For other matters, yes.

3600 seems like a more stable choice in the long run compared to 3300X, even though 3300X might be the peak for CS:GO CPU! O3O
