I performed an optimization edit by Prolix OCs@tiktok. Now, none of my third-party tools such as MSI after burner and openhardware are able to detect GPU utilization. It’s clear the GPU is active, with utilization displayed in Task Manager. Below are the screenshots and the edited file: Refyne.ps1

Registry adjustments weren't essential since they don’t significantly influence performance. To boost system speed, consider turning off autostart for unused applications and stopping background processes—those that aren’t needed can prevent crashes. Editing the registry should be avoided unless you’re certain, as minor errors can cause serious issues. If problems persist, revert your changes and check if the issue resolves.
Fair, I don’t see any real gains, so I’ll go back to what I had before. It’s been a while, and there are some files from earlier. I should reset the registry settings to their default again.
Yes, I don't know if there's a command to reset it all at once though, you might have to undo everything manually. You might want to back up your files, as there is of course a risk of bricking the OS. Edited January 31, 2024 by Average Nerd
I don't understand the defaults since I used the file you referenced earlier, and the system restore didn't work. That's a bit of a hint, right?
