It seems windows has its own audio driver that overrides everything else. I recall a Realtek audio pop-up with surround settings appearing when you connected an audio device in Windows 7. That’s no longer there. Now I’m using Windows 11 with the z690 sound panel and Logitech Z506 speakers. The rear drivers are echoing and distorting the front speaker signal, sounding poor. Can I get a Realtek audio panel to force surround instead of these issues?
