I mostly rely on loot to arrange my mods in my original Skyrim game. Now that I have special edition, other programs with a load order organizer similar to loot are available for the new game. I’m sure loot will be updated soon, but I’m not sure how to set the load order myself. I don’t think anyone actually does it themselves.
