I've been facing some boot problems lately. Sometimes the PC starts up normally, but other times it won't even boot, even though all components are powered on and fans are running. I've tried reseating the RAM and clearing CMOS, but nothing seems to fix the issue. I went to Micro Center for a diagnostic test, which came back okay except for one GPU test. The technician said it was normal because of the older software, but since the test passed, I'm still unsure what's happening.
