Hi all! I'm still using a ready-made setup (before diving into building and overclocking). When I first installed it, the AMD A8 7650K was set to 4.2GHz, but now it only reaches 3.6GHz after a BIOS reset due to some PC issues.
I'm using MSI A68HM Grenade, and I want to re-enter my CPU's original speed, but the OC settings on the motherboard are locked.
My chipset allows overclocking, and my CPU is unlocked—why can't I do it?
I've tried OverDrive, but any changes cause the system to crash.
Cheers.

When the "Secure Boot" feature is available in BIOS, attempt to turn it off and observe if the problem resolves.

It looks like the secure boot feature isn't enabled in your BIOS settings, which might be causing some issues.

Attempted to upgrade my BIOS from 1.1 to 1.4. The process completed without issues, but it didn’t resolve the problem, leaving me still stuck. Help would be greatly appreciated.
