3.4% loss in the download packet and 96.6% for delayed packets at the standard configuration. (I was able to resolve it temporarily by changing from a 2.4ghz to a 5ghz connection, though it’s no longer working.)

The problem might be linked to the recent availability of fiber in our area, which we're planning to switch to. If the game remains poor by then, it could be due to increased internet traffic from many users during December.

It typically occurs throughout the day, not limited to a particular time. You might face problems when other devices share the Wi-Fi. Regarding the dongle, there could be damage affecting its performance.

It only occurs when I attempt multiplayer games; YouTube and regular browsing work fine otherwise. I recently purchased this dongle about a month ago, and during that period I stayed connected and kept it powered on. It isn’t mine—I belong to my ISP. A replacement was done a few months back, so I’m unsure if problems have already arisen. A technician is scheduled soon (within 1–3 days). There’s a report suggesting my connection quality dropped. I’m hoping everything will be okay. Updated December 15, 2020 by InfraDelta.

Have you checked the NAT configuration in the games? If the adapter isn't functioning properly or your router has issues, it might display a specific NAT type, making online play difficult. Typically, R6S and COD can identify your NAT with minimal trouble.
