Sorry, not really sure what more there is to say than what's in the video (excellent channel btw). Lower temps, better boosts. I have a -20 offset on my 5800x and its small but noticeable. Of course its safe to do, its an official feature of Ryzen 5000 and the new chipsets right from AMD.

Using my 5600X revealed the highest PPT TDC and EDC it could handle when unlocked limits and Linpack Xtreme were active. After adjusting settings to -30, it performs around 4750-4850 across most configurations. I’m not sure if this applies generally, but it works well for my CPU. The 200PPT 140TDC with 180 EDC all-core at CO-30 is pushing limits, and the machine holds steady at 2K 1:1 while reaching 2100 1:1.
