I'm setting up a PC for a 9-year-old girl. I'm unsure which games to install—Rocket League seems like a good start because it's free and looks great on the screen. For Nintendo titles, I plan to use the CEMU emulator. Please share your experience if you've tried it before; let me know about installation ease, game availability, and any issues. Also, don't forget to mention the adorable pink Logitech K380 keyboard (look at the enter key!)

The PC specifications are all set and purchased, arriving soon. The software part is what I’m unsure about. I’m not sure if I need parental controls since my parents aren’t familiar with PCs.

Windows offers many options through settings. Create an admin account for the parents and assign a separate user account to the girl.

It's important to recognize that preferences and experiences vary widely. A GPU is unaffected by who uses it, and many games today appeal to all genders. Observing different groups playing different titles helps highlight how perceptions can shift over time. Good luck!

She's a 9-year-old who loves playing games. She's been gaming since ages of empires and enjoys seeing female gamers. She doesn't want to watch anything inappropriate, especially not demons or violence. Thanks for the ideas!

Out of point. Essentially, it's not great unless you're forced to do more.

Using the emulator with purchased games from it is legitimate. I do this on Bluestacks for Android, and it's not considered piracy. The same applies to Nox. Piracy occurs only if you download a game without paying for it... I haven't done that in a long time.
