Looking for a CPU that handles 4K at 60 FPS with maximum performance without needing overclocking. You're considering an RTX 30 series card for smooth gaming. Let me know if you'd like more options!

Looking for GPUs with higher specs than the Ryzen 7 3700, focusing on those that heavily utilize the GPU.

That sounds like a solid choice for performance. The Ryzen 7 3700X offers strong multi-core capabilities, making it great for both workloads and gaming.

To run 4K at 60fps you'll need a powerful graphics card such as a 2080 or higher. The CPU performance isn't a big factor because the GPU handles most of the processing. A 6-core processor works fine for this task.

It could work well. You're thinking about pairing it with an RTX 3070 graphics card.

No, don't purchase those CPUs immediately. Hold off for a month or two since the new 4000 models will be revealed next month. A 4600 could be a solid choice, possibly offering more cores at a similar cost to the 3600.

It depends on your needs. If you plan to use high-speed internet or connect multiple devices, consider a more advanced board. Otherwise, basic features like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are usually sufficient.

You don't require a costly motherboard to run the 3080 and Ryzen 4000 (B450/B550 work well). All those Wi-Fi and Bluetooth features are nice but not essential—LAN is better for gaming. If you need Wi-Fi, a budget dongle will suffice. A built-in Wi-Fi on the board would add about $50 more than just a dongle. On a motherboard, focus on:
- Strong VRM for power delivery, though 65W or less is fine with decent boards
- M.2 slots and various SATA options (configs vary by model)
- Reliable after-sales support in your area
