You're wondering why your setup isn't hitting 100 FPS in CS:GO despite having a similar build. It might be a mix of CPU and GPU limitations, or even BIOS settings affecting performance. Your monitor's refresh rate isn't being fully used either. Have you checked if your graphics card supports higher resolutions or frame rates? Also, ensure your system is updated and that drivers are current. Let me know what you find!

Your thermal readings are good. Under load, your CPU and GPU temperatures rise, while GPU utilization remains stable.

Have you verified they use the same settings as yours? A 1440p display could strain your GPU more than a standard 1080p screen.

You seem to be stuck on a low-end CPU, as your frame rate stays the same across resolutions. To find out the actual display settings, check your graphics card settings or use system tools like Task Manager or GPU monitoring software.

It seems the setup wasn't optimized for multi-core rendering, but I'm managing to hit around 130-140 FPS on 30 players. That's solid. Still, it doesn't quite match what I see in other content.
