I've been experiencing the Kernel-Power 41 black screen restart problems lately. My efforts to search online and fix the problem haven't yielded any solutions. I suspect the graphics card might be involved. I noticed some artifacts recently, even though I've had this issue for over a year, sometimes and other times. After replacing the power supply, the problems returned before I saw the artifacts this week. My concern is whether keeping Power Options at Maximum Performance adds extra stress to components like the graphics card and processor. A forum post mentioned someone with the same problem had success switching to a different graphics card, which resolved the issue. It might also be related to the fact I'm using an EVGA RTX 3080 Ti, which consumes a lot of power.

Choosing maximum performance settings can accelerate wear on components like the GPU and CPU, as it stops them from reducing power when idle, resulting in higher long-term temperatures. Based on your experience, the 3080 Ti is already running hot, making it probable that the issue stems from the GPU. Since you've replaced the PSU, the problem may be linked to the GPU and could be resolved by stress testing it.

I installed my RTX 3080 with 12GB RAM alongside my i9-10900k to check performance; if it improves, I’ll replace the GTX 1070ti with my i7-8700k.
