They show download speeds in Megabytes per second (MBps) by default. Since 22 multiplied by 8 equals roughly 176 Mbps, which is slightly above your payment and reasonable for cable internet because it's not a strict cap. Edit: This assumes you kept the programs at their standard configurations.

There are 8 bits in each byte. Thus, 1000 Mega BITS per second equals roughly 125 Mega Bytes. At 150 Mbps, you're approximately 18 Megabytes per second in download speed. Remember, this shows a higher rate since Xfinity over-provisions by about 20%. Also, keep in mind that these services benefit more than just you. During a steam summer promotion, downloads can drop significantly.
