Unless you play those over scripted high resource needed missions made by people of the community , I don't think there is much you can do unless lowering your graphics, view distance or change hardware.

It's really slow on my end. The game uses a lot of CPU power, so even with maximum GPU usage, it won't run smoothly. You can try tweaking the settings or if you have a better processor, consider upgrading.
