You're experiencing inconsistent performance despite good temperatures. It sounds like your system is running at lower speeds under load because of factors like thermal throttling or driver limitations. Consider checking Ryzen Master for performance tuning, PBO for advanced settings, or AutoOC for a fresh build. Ensure your BIOS is up to date and try different cooling solutions if needed. Let me know what you find!

Ryzen adjusted the voltage to a maximum of 1.4V and configured all cores at 4.3GHz, then tested it. If the system remained stable, increased the GHz slightly to around 0.25 and rechecked.

It suggests the system doesn’t automatically lower performance during idle. You might adjust settings using PBO or AutoOC to mimic stock behavior and avoid manual overclocking.
