CPU speed around 1700 MHz is unusual. It's roughly half of the 3.4 GHz base frequency, suggesting the processor is operating in idle mode. Sure thing! I made the fix and asked a friend who suggested trying to unpark CPU cores. It helped and everything is running properly now. Thanks for the tip!
