They often choose to partner with another business instead of buying a game to move it, as seen when Bethesda used Oblivion for PS3. This approach made the game more enjoyable compared to Fallout 3, NVD, and Skyrim.

The source appears to be quite old, even after recent updates and fixes. It feels outdated and would benefit from a more current replacement.

Rockstar consistently aims for excellence in GTA5, which likely explains the PC delay. It seems improbable the PC release would result in a flawed version.
