I received a 6700k and upgraded it to 4.5Ghz, setting the BIOS voltage to Adaptive at 1.255v, which has been stable so far. However, CPUz occasionally reports 1.265v, while it usually fluctuates between 1.328v and 1.344v. I read about reducing voltage bounces by adjusting LLC and VCCIO settings. How do these mechanisms function? What values or settings should I consider? Should I keep the voltage within certain limits?

let that bounce around... wow, you're a real donkey! Set it to a static value. 1.3-1.35 should function at 4.5ghz.
