Software measurements aren't reliable. Input delay tied to voltages is doubtful at best? It's likely caused by another factor, such as a blocked I/O controller or something else. What exactly do you mean by lag? """Safe""" voltages vary depending on the source. They typically sit between 1.3 and 1.35V for Ryzen. Personally, I keep my original 1700 at 1.375V core, 1.2 SOC, and 1.5V RAM since it performed perfectly.

Input delay starts when I press the mouse or move it, then a second later the device appears on the screen. It’s not my mouse or keyboard since similar behavior occurs with controllers. I’ve updated everything on my PC over six months, leaving only the power supply unit to adjust. So I suspect the PSU is causing the lag. (If you want, I can also check the monitor.)
