Hey guys, I need help choosing the right CPU, motherboard, RAM, and cooler for my Colorful iGame Ultra W-OC RTX 3060 with a 12GB GPU and a 650w 80+ Gold PSU. I have about $500-550 to spend (around 8 million to 8.5 million IDR). Should I pick a Ryzen 7000 with DDR5 or an Intel 12/13/14 gen with DDR4/DDR5? Thanks, sorry for the bad English.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
650 watt 80+ Gold PSU – this is the advertised power rating, but what model is it? Are you asking for the make, model, or age if you're considering recycling it?

Bro, the motherboard you're considering isn't sold in Indonesia. I was thinking about this build but need a second look.

Your RAM might become a limitation.
7600 exceeds 7600X.
The 7600 offers better value and handles heat better.
AMD Ryzen 5 7600 Review - Budget-friendly Zen 4 option
The Ryzen 5 7600 is AMD's most budget-friendly Zen 4 chip. It sells for just $230 and includes a heatsink. Our tests show the performance gap to the pricier 7600X is small, and gaming still outperforms the 5800X3D.

6000mhz CL30 or CL32 options available. Choosing an A620 board can also help you save costs.

On team Red this setup uses a Ryzen 5 7600 A620 with 2x16 6000mhz CL30 or CL32. Any recommendations for Intel or AMD? My opinion on the Intel build is this—please give me a suggestion.

This setup functions well for gaming, and the 7500F is a suitable alternative that saves costs. For an Intel configuration, consider the 12400F or boards with 12600KF plus B660 or B760, paired with two 16GB DDR4 3200 modules.
