Hello, I've been regularly improving my PC and trying to decide whether to purchase new RAM. With the January sale happening in my area, I could potentially get a good deal. Right now I'm using 16GB (two 8GB units) HyperX Fury DDR4, running at XMP profile 1. This setup provides 3200Mhz, and according to CPU-Z the details are: CL 18 / tRCD 21 / tRP 21 / tRAS 39 / tRFC 260 / CR 2T. I'm not very familiar with the timing specs and prefer not to adjust them much. The PC is mainly for gaming, with these specifications: Z390 Aorus Pro Wifi i7-9700K GTX 1070 TI. My budget is around $200, and adding RGB lighting would be nice. If you have any suggestions for better RAM or if it's really needed, I'd really appreciate your advice.

Your current RAM details aren’t looking great, but you’d be better off choosing a Trident Z RGB. Faster speeds won’t really help much, so aim for 3200 CL16 or 15

Upgrading RAM won't make a noticeable impact on speed.

You're unlikely to see any change by simply adding RGB to your build. Faster speeds offer an advantage only when comparing to benchmarks like XOC.
