Hi, I've just purchased a Dell Latitude 3460. For optimal speed and smooth performance with Chrome, I suggest installing Windows 10 Enterprise. It offers the best stability, low lag, and efficient resource use for your specs. If you need more memory, consider upgrading to 8 GB RAM. Let me know if you need further help!

I personally test Refos, but for Windows it's recommended to use Windows 10. It's the latest version and offers the best security, with similar performance. I plan to install 8GB of RAM.

Looking for the optimal operating system for top speed and smooth performance? For a seamless Google Chrome experience with minimal lag, consider Windows 10 or Windows 11—they generally offer the best stability and resource management. If you prefer Linux, Ubuntu or Linux Mint are lightweight and responsive, making them ideal for fast web browsing. Choose based on your needs: Windows for traditional desktop use, Linux for efficiency and customization.

If you're just testing a browser, use Linux such as Fedora. It's quicker than Windows and requires less memory.
