Purchased a new PC without proper research. Here are my details:
APU: A107700k
GPU: R9 8Gig
MOBO: FM2A88X Extreme6
I've seen some articles comparing this GPU with the APU, saying it's like putting a minivan engine in a Ferrari. I'm asking for advice on the best next steps. Should I overclock the APU? Or should I buy a new CPU? I'm struggling with Xboost overclocking and would appreciate any guidance.

You should consider a better heatsink for overclocking. The CPU will heat up significantly. This guide helps someone with the 7700k achieve good results, but 1.536 volts is too high. Aim for around 1.45 volts instead. I also found a YouTube tutorial that explains how to overclock the BIOS.

You should consider a better heatsink for overclocking. The CPU will heat up significantly. What is an R9 8Gig? This thread discusses settings that worked well on a 7700K, but the voltage was too high at 1.536 volts. A lower voltage of 1.45 volts is recommended. I also found a YouTube guide showing how to overclock the BIOS.
