Hi everyone - I'm searching for optimal BIOS configurations for my 7950x with an Asus Strix X670E-E board. There are many tweakable options in the BIOS like auto or AI overclocking. I've experimented with:
1. Default settings – 95°C, Cinebench 37k
2. 105W Eco Mode – 70°C, Cinebench 34k
3. Precision Boost Overdrive Enhancement 1 – 90°C, Cinebench 38k
4. AI Core Boost Enabled – 95°C, Cinebench 39k

Stock mode uses the most power and heat, while option 4 offers top performance and option 2 is the most efficient. Are there other auto or AI settings I should consider to balance speed and energy use? I'm not sure how to navigate all these options without spending too much time. Thanks!

Search for tutorials online. Focus on the Google Zen 4 curve optimizer. Many videos are available. Aim for a power usage between 150W and 180W. Use a core offset of -20. Check the stability results.

You're using the same Ryzen and ASUS components. The Asus Ryujin 2 360 auto-shuts down after 5 minutes when overheating (over 100°C). It seems the AIO cooler isn't sufficient for the Ryzen 9 7950X under these conditions. Consider upgrading to a better cooling solution. If it's not an AIO, check your BIOS settings for any necessary adjustments.

I own the same AIO but only in RGB, and I haven't faced any cooling problems with the 7950X.
